This Privacy Policy explains how Ollie Marketing Co (“Ollie,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you contact us or use our services. By using our website or submitting our contact form, you agree to this policy.

We only collect what you give us and what we need to respond to you:

- Project details: what you tell us about your business and what you’re looking for.
- Consent records: if you opt in to text messages, we store your consent, the date and time, and the exact disclosure shown to you.
- Basic usage data: standard web analytics, used only to improve the site.
How we use your information
We use it to reply to your inquiry, prepare proposals and work for you, provide our services, and, only if you opt in, send you text messages about your project. We do not sell your information.
How we share your information
We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate (hosting, email, customer-support tools), and only as needed to provide our services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Mobile information is never shared for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who support our services (such as customer service) is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging opt-in data and consent. That information will not be shared with any third parties.
Messaging Terms (SMS)
Ollie Marketing Co offers an optional SMS program so we can text you about your project and inquiry. Participation is voluntary and is never a condition of any purchase.
- How you opt in: by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form and submitting your phone number. We never add anyone without this explicit opt-in.
- What we send: conversational messages about your inquiry, project, scheduling, and updates.
- Message frequency: varies based on your interaction with us.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You’ll get one confirmation and then no further texts.
- Help: reply HELP or email hello@olliedesign.net.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your phone number and SMS consent are used solely to communicate with you and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes, as stated above.
Your choices & rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold, and you can opt out of texts any time by replying STOP. Email hello@olliedesign.net to make a request.
Data retention & security
We keep information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, including retaining consent records as proof of opt-in. We use reasonable safeguards, though no method of transmission is 100% secure.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
